Check out our JUMP! Nepal Program, where Stamford American International School students were taken through a personal journey of discovery as they immersed themselves in Nepalese culture during an 11-Day trek.
How Can You Create Global Citizens?
At JUMP! we’ve found the best approach to be through experiential learning. For over 11 years we’ve partnered with schools and organizations across the world to develop in-school and out of school activities, and create life-changing programs.

What is Your Pricing?
JUMP! Experience and School programs are paid for by schools and institutions that have the means and also are dedicated to empowering their students as global citizens.
We then take the surplus from those paid programs and reinvest them in bringing the same experiential learning programs to serve underprivileged youth through JUMP! Development < Link >

What is a JUMP! Program?
A program is a learning experience, either in a traditional building or outside in the world. We develop 3 types of programs at JUMP!:
- J! Schools: Programs utilizing personal development, community building, and global citizenship methods to enhance learning on a campus.
- J! Experiences: Programs venturing into the real world outside the walls of the school.
- J! Development: Programs working with local partners in underserved communities in the regions we work in most.
What is The JUMP! Foundation?
JUMP! is a non–profit social enterprise that works to inspire, empower, and engage individuals in leadership development, community building, and global citizenship education.
We do this by developing, designing, and running purposeful experiential education programs.
Do You Have Any Job Openings?
We have a few different ways to get involved, all start with filling out a simple application form.
First, you can join as a Facilitator in Training on a program. This is somebody that shadows and supports a more experienced facilitator on a program.
We also are always looking for Program Managers to lead our programs in schools or in the field.
And of course, we have a full-time staff that keeps the boat moving while we are on programs. You can find those openings on our Careers Page.
How do you build your programs?
The process of building our programs is intentional, purposeful, and focused on the participant needs.
This can take anywhere from one-month to nine-months to design and tailor a program. We do have locations and thematic programs that serve as a base in tailoring to the individual school or student group. When using these base locations and themes, we can rely on our institutional knowledge and expertise to delve even deeper.
How Long are Your Programs?
J! Schools programs typically run from an hour block up to a week on campus. J! Experiences are typically from one-day to seven-days with a few programs extending up to five weeks.
To find out more feel free to email us.
